Our learning platform is based on the Training, Practice and Exam (TPE) principal.
Training The 360°environments display the actual situations, including all key points, which are indicated with animations. Trainees get quizzed and learn in a fun way about safety.
Practice The practice environment is similar to the training environment, but points of interest are not indicated and trainees have come up with the correct answers themselves - just like during an exam.
Exam The exams are identical to the practice environments, but with a time restraint and results are being logged. The employees take an exam to test their gained knowledge.
Quiz The training modules contain 3 question types:
Multiple choice photo Explore 360°environments and select the best matching image.
Seek and find Look around and identify the wrong (or correct) situations.
Right or wrong Answer with ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ to the shown image in the VR situation.
Logging CAP has developed ‘User Statistics and Tracking’ (UST) for logging generated data during training, practice and exams. The two possible outcomes are ‘Competent’ or ‘Not Competent Yet’. This way, performance of a trainee can be tracked and it provides insight on aspects that need improvement.
To start the training, all you need is a proper internet connection and private login details. Just sit down and put on your headset!
